Have you at least two years’ experience in a client screening second line of defence compliance role and looking to build your career with a rapidly growing Fund Manager based in Dublin City Centre? My client is looking to hire a Financial Crime Compliance Officer to join a new team recently migrated to Dublin.

The Company
This is a Global Fund Manager with a strong and established Dublin presence. It is currently expanding that presence and investing in the Dublin office as a strategic location in its future growth.

Your Contribution
Reporting into the Head Of Financial Crime Compliance, your role will be responsible for undertaking a range of financial crime compliance responsibilities but with particular focus on the oversight of client screening, sanctions compliance, monitoring and MI development, implementation and oversight. Day to day you will be responsible for:
• Being the second-line SME on client screening (PEP, sanctions and negative media)
• Advising on sanctions compliance issues and implementation of new standards for monitoring of key controls
• Advising on financial crime compliance queries including KYC, fraud and ABC

The Financial Crime Compliance role is For You if
Our client is looking for someone who has experience in a Financial Crime Advisory role with experience within an Asset Management firm being a distinct advantage.
Previous experience within a second line role with exposure to monitoring and implementing controls being desirable.
Knowledge of the proceeds of crime act and UK/Irish regulations would be a plus.
A relevant qualification in Financial Crime would also be an advantage.
