Laura Smyth Director

I lead the technology side of the business and actively work on a broad range of roles from support to architecture and CTO positions. Specialising in FinTech, Blockchain and Financial Services, my team and I have a breadth of knowledge the allows us to continue to help clients attract, hire and retain staff at all levels.

Paul Smyth Director

I lead the non-technology side of our business. Having worked in the FinTech & Financial Services space since starting my recruitment career in 2007, I have a depth of knowledge and wide network in these areas. We advise and support clients attract, hire and retain staff at all levels across finance, operations, HR, legal and sales.
