Your Contribution
This newly created role will have one direct report and be responsible for Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Management. You will:
- Be the global policy owner for both areas
- Provide leadership and influence from a risk perspective
- Develop excellent stakeholder relationship in addition to maintaining an external market view to ensure a drive toward best practice
- Work through functional teams to operationalise policy
- Develop and keep under review a long term risk strategy
The Associate Director, Operational Risk Role is For You if you have:
- Strong operational risk experience with credibility speaking about resilience and third party oversight
- First rate interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective relationships across senior management and C-Suite
- Comfort taking the lead, making mistakes and contributing widely across the risk function
