Sales & Distribution Director – Cross Boarder Pensions
Strategic hire to focus firstly on the Irish market opportunity for a new cross boarder pension and investment product from a global fund manager. The focus is on quality, not quantity.

This is an opportunity to use an established contact base, supplemented by your own network across MNCs and Benefits Consultants, to develop and execute a sales and distribution strategy for a gold standard, global provider. This is a high value, low volume product.

Your Contribution
You will work closely with senior leadership to fully develop and execute on an end to end strategy to distribute and sell an exciting cross boarder retirement product.

Focusing first on the opportunity in the Irish market, you will be asked to:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with multinational employers and benefit consultants
  • Work with the wider team (marketing, product, etc.) to create and execute a marketing and channel framework – Events, Advertising, Content, etc.
  • Leverage the existing RFP team to deliver impressive proposals to potential clients
  • Be a key member of the wider senior management team
  • Develop and be accountable against sales targets

The Sales & Distribution Director – Cross Boarder Pensions Role is For You if you have:
  • On the ground knowledge and contacts in the Irish market – benefits consultants, corporate, etc.
  • A track record of developing and executing against sales strategy
  • The energy and enthusiasm to go to market with a new product with some early adopters
