What You’ll Love
You will be broadly part of the Technology group and specifically within Digital. Your role will cover all areas of governance for Digital Enablement i.e. Risk, compliance, governance etc. You will also have a team of direct reports

Your Contribution
Working in Digital Enablement, your role will be split into three broad parts as below:
- Managing and overseeing the day to day governance and risk activities
- Being proactive to respond to regulatory requirements and developing a strong risk and control environment
- Lead your team to adopt very high standards of delivery
The Retail/Digital Banking Risk Lead Role is For You if you have:
- A strong experience of governance, risk management & assessment within Retail Banking
- A strong focus on risk
- Proven ability to document and operate a strong risk & control environment
- People Management experience is required
- A knowledge of industry stand and guidelines would be desirable
