What You’ll Love
We are a specialist recruitment consultancy servicing clients across the Financial Services and FinTech Industry. Due to an increase in demand, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a recruitment resourcer, with the opportunity for progression into a consultant role.

Your Contribution:
Working across both technology and non -technology roles you will get a broad range of experience. Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively building a pipeline of candidates across both non-technology and technology vacancies, through Linked In and other sources
  • Screening CV’s and completing initial screening calls with candidates to identifying top talent
  • Writing targeted job adverts to attract relevant applications
  • Lead generation
  • Candidate regeneration using our internal database

The Recruitment Resourcer Role is For You if You:
  • Have ideally a years’ experience in a recruitment environment, however experience in a fast paced, customer facing office-based role will also be considered
  • Are a self-starter and have the ability to work off your own initiative
  • Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team
