I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior User Support Manager to join a highly reputable professional services firm with a strong presence in Dublin.

Your Contribution:

Working strategically, you will be able to work with various stakeholders who are very client focused. As part of a team of high performing, like minded colleagues you will:

●Manager all support functions i.e. Deskside, Service Desk, etc
●Relationship management of various, senior stakeholders
●Be client focused and deliver KPI’s, reports etc

The Head of User Support Services Role is For You if:

Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT where 3-5 were in a similar role. You will have a proven ability to work collaboratively across different areas with a demonstrated ability to deliver a best in class service.

The ideal experience we are ideally looking for includes:

• Strong experience of support management in a large setting of circa 1000+ users
• Experience working with a scale support platform i.e. Freshservice, SolarWinds Service Desk, ServiceNow etc
• Knowledge of RPA and Data Analytics would be highly desirable
