Job Title: Finance Executive
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Key Capital was established in 2001 and operates from offices in Dublin and London. The principal activities of the group are the provision of advisory services to corporate and high net worth clients and investment management services to institutional clients.

Key Capital established its wealth management business in 2006 with the objective of providing leading global investment opportunities to a select client base of high net worth investors.

Key Capital Private has a strong track record of delivering innovative investment solutions to its clients within a rigorous and long-term investment framework. We use the custody and investment advisory platforms of Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt and Credit Suisse, Zurich. Our dedicated and experienced wealth management professionals first help clients establish appropriate investment objectives in the context of their existing portfolios, risk tolerance, and other factors. Following this, our in-house investment team oversees the design and construction of client portfolios. In doing so, they utilise best-in-class investment solutions sourced globally taking the best research from Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

The Finance team are now looking for a Finance Executive to support their activities;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable activities for the Key Capital Group;
  • Ensure all Intercompany processing and reconciliation is done accurately;
  • Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reporting to the Central Bank
  • Assisting in the preparation of Group VAT Returns
  • A point of contact for annual audit process
  • Assistance in the preparation of management accounts including:
    • o Bank reconciliations
    • o Maintaining accrual and prepayment listings
    • o Calculation and processing of invoices, accrued income, cost of sales and expenses
    • o Maintaining the fixed asset register
    • o Investment portfolio reconciliations
  • Support to the CFO and finance team on all other accounting matters

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ideally educated to degree level and part qualified with a recognised accounting qualification. Interested in qualifying further with support.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver with high levels of accuracy and numerical ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship building capability across teams and with clients.
  • Understanding of financial services sector an advantage;
