Business Continuity Manager - Fund Manager

Your Opportunity

As part of the Global Risk department, your role in the Business Continuity Management team is to ensure the framework is in place across European operations to understand, evaluate and support business continuity planning and implementation. You will:

• Grow and maintain professional relationships across numerous regions & departments and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks
• Lead cross organizational business disruption events and facilitate the communication of recovery/continuity plans to management and SME’s
• Work with senior management and operational teams to implement and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) procedures
• Lead and/or participate in BCP initiatives
• Monitor updates to industry best practice and regulatory updates and implement procedure or process changes as required


Your Background

Ideally you will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in Operations, Operational Risk or Informational Technology. Three years exposure to Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery would be an advantage with:

• An ability to multitask and manage numerous projects
• Good Communication and project planning skills
• Experience presenting to executive management
• Flexibility and reliability for emergency response and coordination
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) would be a plus
